Select a game by clicking on one of the Game Types (Online, Download, Mobile or PC) on the left. All the available game categories of that type will then expand in the navigation menu. Click one of the Game Categories and all the game in that category will appear in the main screen of the web site.

To play a game, click the “Play” button next to the game icon, click the game icon or click on the game title. This will launch a new game window. The game will load into this window, and then you simply follow the game play instructions for each game.

Click on the "Register" link in the top right hand corner. This will load the Registration page onto the main screen of the website.

Complete the required details in the applicable fields. Agree to the "Terms & Conditions" and click on the "Submit" key. An email containing your registration details will be sent to you.

If you make a mistake while filling in the form and wish to start again, click the “Reset” button at the bottom.

If you are unable to login, close your browser, open it up and attempt to login again.

Please note that only one email address can be used per user.

You can view the High Scores for each game from the game window. Launch the game in the usual way and beneath the game screen you will see a link to “View High Scores” for that specific game. Click on this link and a new window will open where you can see a list of the high scores for the last 7 days, for the current month and the All Time high scores for the game.

You can also see the High Scores for selected games on the left of the main site screen, in the "Weekly Top Scores" content box, which is an automated pick of the weekly top scores, and will refresh itself evey time you refresh the page.

To create a custom avatar, upload a custom avatar, choose a standard avatar or change an avatar click on either the "Create an Avatar!", "Choose an Avatar!" or "Upload an Avatar" icons in the Control Panel on the main site screen, depending on what you would like to do.

The "Create an Avatar" icon will open a page in which you can play around with gender, clothing, facial features, a hairstyle etc. until you are satisfied with the avatar you have created. Click on "save your avatar" once you are done creating your avatar.

The "Choose an avatar" icon will open a page in which you can click on a standard avatar to use.

The "Upload an Avatar" will enable you to browse and upload a custom avatar of your choice.

You can change your Password at any time.

Click on the “My Profile” link in the Control Panel on the main site screen.

Once a detailed view of the My Profile page appears, click on the "edit profile" link in the first window.

Enter the new password in the “Change Password” field, and again in the “Confirm Password” field. Click the “Submit” button to save your new password.

You can change your Time Zone Location at any time. Click on the "My Profile" link in the Control Panel on the main site screen.

Once a detailed view of the My Profile page appears, click on the "edit profile" link in the first window.

Select your new time zone using the “Your Location” drop down list. Click the “Submit” button to save your new location.

You can view the your scores at any time. Click on the "My Profile" link in the Control Panel on the main site screen. This contains all your personalised information, scoring and game play history, and various other actions that you can take.

Once the "My Profile" page has opened, you can view your scores in the "Recent Scores" and "Top Scores" windows. You will also be able to view the scores for the last 7 days, the current month and your all time scores by clicking on the "View more" links, and then the "Last 7 Days", "This Month" and "All Time" links.

You will see a Tournament box on the right hand side of the main site screen, containing a list of games for which tournaments are currently running. Click on the game that you want to enter a tournament for. (If the game you want isn’t in the list, click “View All” to see all games for which tournaments are running.)

Either way, you will then see a page containing a list of the tournaments you can enter, along with the dates that the tournaments are running. There is a “View Leaderboard” link so that you can see who is currently leading, and what the highest scores are.

To enter the tournament, click the “Play Now!” button. This will launch a new window containing the game. Play the game, and when the game ends, you will be shown a button that allows you to post your score to the tournament leaderboard.

If you have scored a high score on any game, you will be shown a button to log your high score in the game window when the game has ended. Simply click this and your score will be logged.

You can contact us at any time by clicking the “Contact” link in the toolbar at the top left hand side of the main site screen.

Simply complete the contact form which will appear and click on the “Submit” link at the bottom of the form, which will send an e-mail to us in order for us to assist you as soon as possible.

Click on the "View More" link in the toolbar on the top right hand side of the main site screen.

Once the list of Quick Links has appeared, click on the "Get Free Games" link.

You will see a list of all the free games that you can add to your site or blog. Select the game you want to add and click the "Get Code" button beneath the game. You will get a page containing the HTML code to copy and paste onto your own site. This will allow the game to appear on your site for others to play when they visit it.

There are a number of ways to view the Game Guides. The first way is to click on the “View More” link in the toolbar at the top right hand side of the main site screen.

Once the Quick Links list appears, click on the "Game Guides" link.

You will then see a page with a list of game categories (Action Games, Strategy Games etc) – click on a category. You will then see a list of all the games in that category. Click on a game and you will see a complete guide on how to play.

You can also view a Game Guide for any game that you are currently playing by clicking the “Game Help & Rules” link at the bottom of the games screen.

It’s easy to see another user’s mini profile. Wherever you see another user’s name appearing anywhere on the site, click on the name and you will see their profile, the last 3 games they played and their 3 most played games.

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest versions of Macromedia Flash Player, Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. Next, go to Tools at the top of your browser's window, then go to Internet Options, Temporary Internet Files, and click on Settings. About 3/4 of the way down it will say Amount of Disk Space _____MB. Please make sure that this is over 650.

If you have a pop-up blocker or toolbar installed, this is most likely preventing the game window from opening. To play the game, hold down your "Ctrl" key while you click on the game link.

We collect personally identifying information during tournament registration and this information is used to ship you your prizes. We may use such information to fulfill prizes, track compliance with our Rules, or for content improvement and feedback purposes.

Each email we send you will include a description of the simple opt out process to enable you to stop receiving future e-mail.

Click on the “Friend Request” icon on the main site screen at the bottom of the Control Panel.

Once a detailed view of the My Friends page has opened, search for a friend at the bottom of the page under the “Add a Friend” window by either nickname or e-mail address. Once the friend searched for appears, click on the “Add as friend” link.

Click on the “New Message” icon on the main site screen at the bottom of the Control Panel.

Once a detailed view of the My Messages page has opened, click on the “create message” link at the bottom right hand corner. You may then select whom you would like to send the message to in the drop down box. Type the subject in the allocated subject field and the message in the applicable field below and click on “send”, to send the message. Once the message has been sent the detail of the sent message will be displayed at the top of the page, and you will be able to send another message again if you wish, in the applicable fields at the bottom of the page.

Once a message has been sent to you, the Skillball on the main site screen in the Control Panel will flicker on your screen. In order to read this message, click on the “New Message” icon next to the Skillball.

Once a detailed view of the My Messages page has opened, click on the “read” link to read the message. If you wish to reply to the message, type your message in the space below and click on the “reply” link at the bottom left hand corner of the page.

Once a friend request has been sent to you, the Skillball on the main site screen in the Control Panel will flicker on your screen. In order to accept or delete this friend request, click on the “Friend Request” icon second from the right of the Skillball.

Once a detailed view of the My Friends page has opened, click on either the accept or delete links at the top of the page under “Friend Requests” window, depending on whether you wish to accept or delete the friend request.

Click on the “Download Games” link in the “Game Categories” content box on the left hand side of the main site screen. Select the category of the game you wish to download.

Once a detailed view of all the Download games in the selected category is open, click on the game of your choice. A detailed view of the download game description will open. Click on “Download”.

A detailed view of the cost and size of the download game will open, as well as how many pods you have available. If you have enough pods to buy the game, there will be a “Buy now” key for you to click on in order to buy the download game. Once you have clicked on the “Buy now” key, a description will appear explaining to you that a link has been sent to your e-mail address which you can download the game from, or you can click on the “click here” link in order to download the game.

Once you have clicked on either the link sent to your e-mail address, or the “Download” link under “My Downloads”, you will be prompted through the install instructions to complete the download of the game.

Click on the “Buy Pods” link on the main site screen at the bottom of the Control Panel.

Once a detailed view of the Buy Pods page has opened, select how many pods you wish to buy in the drop down box next to “Choose”. You may also select the “Specify” option, where can enter your own amount of pods to be bought. Please note that the minimum amount to purchase is 500 pods, as the credit card charges for an amount less than 500 pods will be too expensive for the amount of pods purchased. Select the currency you wish the PC to calculate your requested pods and click on the “Calculate” key.

Follow the credit card transaction prompts accordingly. Once you have bought the required pods successfully, you will be thanked for the amount of pods which you bought.

To challenge a friend click on the “Public Challenge” icon on the main site screen at the bottom of the Control Panel.

Once a detailed view of the “My Challenges” page has opened, select the game and high score you would like to challenge your friend with in the Game drop down box under the “Pick a Challenge window”. Select “Friends Challenge” in the Type drop down box.

Search for a friend by selecting their nickname in the Friends drop down box. Enter the amount of pods you wish to challenge your friend for (this is optional). Click on the “Challenge” key. An email will automatically be sent to your friend.

Remember you can only Challenge a Friend once you have played the game you wish to challenge them at, your High Score is automatically logged as a registered user.

This page also contains information on Pending Challenges (challenges you have issued to other players that they have not yet accepted), Declined Challenges (challenges you have issued that others have rejected) and Challenge Results (challenges that have been accepted, with the results).

To setup your favourite games, click on the “My Profile” link in the Control Panel on the main site screen.

Once a detailed view of the “My Profile” page appears, click on the “My Games” link in the “Favourite Games” window, which will open a “My Online Games” page.

”My Games” lets you add your favourite games to your own games section so that they are all in the same place and easy for you to find when you want to play any of them again.

Click on the “Add Games” link at the bottom of the “My Online Games” page, and select a games category from the drop down box under “Select a Category”. Once all the games in your chosen category appear, choose one in the applicable tick box and click on the “Save” key at the bottom of the page.

Please note that you are permitted to 8 favourite games only.

Click on the “Chat” icon in the Control Panel on the main site screen.

The Chat window will then open and load on the left hand side of your screen, on top of the main site screen. Type your message in the applicable field, and click on “Send” on the right hand side of your typed message.

There are numerous icons at the bottom of the chat window which will enable you to carry out various tasks, i.e.”Disconnect”, “Hide nickname colors”, “Show dates and hours”, “Disable sound notifications”, “Hide smiley box” and “Hide online users box”.

You may edit your messages with the format keys below the abovementioned icons, as well as add smiley faces by clicking on a smiley in the smiley box at the bottom of the chat window.

Please note that the chat window may be minimised.

To set a public challenge click on the "Public Challenge" icon on the main site screen at the bottom of the Control Panel.

Once the "Pick a Challenge" window has opened, select the game and high score you would like to challenge the public with in the Game drop down box. Select "Public Challenge" in the Type drop down box.

Enter the amount of pods you wish to challenge the public with (this is optional). Click on the "Challenge" key.

Remember you can only challenge the public once you have played the game you wish to challenge them at, as your High Score is automatically logged as a registered user.

This page also contains information on Pending Challenges (challenges you have issued to other players that they have not yet accepted), Declined Challenges (challenges you have issued that others have rejected) and Challenge Results (challenges that have been accepted, with the results).

On the left hand side of the Control Panel on the main site screen, there are three icons underneath each other. They are as follows: “Create an Avatar”,”Choose an Avatar”, and “Upload an Avatar”. These three icons will assist you in the creation or editing of your standard or custom avatar.

By clicking on your avatar in the Control Panel, the “Manage your Profile” page will open, on order for you to edit your profile.

On the right hand side of the Control Panel there are five links underneath each other, as follows:

“My Profile” which will open a detailed information page with the following information windows: “Last Played Games”, your “Most Played Games”, “Favourite Games”, “My Trophies”, “My Top 10 Friends”, “My Messages”, “Pods Transactions”, “Recent Scores”, “Top Scores”, “Tournaments Won”, “Challenges Won” and “Pending Challenges”. You will be able to edit this information by clicking on the links under each window on this page.

“My Downloads” which will open the “My Downloads” page in order for you to view and have access to your downloads.

“Buy Pods” which will open the “Buy Pods” page where you are able to recharge your pods balance.

“Forgot Password” which will open the “Forgot your Password?” page where you are able to reset your password in order to be able to login.

“Logout”, which will log you out of your account.

Your pods balance will reflect at the bottom of the last of the abovementioned links.

At the bottom of the Control Panel the Skillball will be on the left hand side which will flicker across the screen if you have any messages, pending challenges or public challenges which are the descriptions of the icons to the right of the Skillball).

If you have a challenge you wish to accept, click on either the “Pending Challenges” or “Public Challenges” to the right of the Skillball in the Control Panel on the main site screen.

Once the “My Challenges” page has opened, click on the “Accept” link under the “Action” column in either the pending or public challenges window, depending on what challenge you would like to accept. The game will consequently load for the challenge.

You will be able to win trophies by clicking on the “View all” link in the “Current Tournaments” window on the main site page, in order to play a tournament to win a trophy.

Once the “Tournaments” page has opened, click on any tournament you are able to play, and if you are the first, second or third lucky winner, you will win either a gold, silver, bronze or game specific trophy.

You can refer a friend at any time by clicking on the “View More” link at the top right hand side of the toolbar on the main site screen. Once the "Quick Links" window has opened, click on "Refer a Friend" at the top of the list.

Complete the names and addresses of the friends you wish to invite on the "Refer a Friend" page which will have opened. You able to edit the message which will be sent to them. Click on the "Invite" link to send them an email inviting them to join the website.

Click on the “Leagues” icon on the main site screen at the bottom of the Control Panel.

Once a detailed view of the Game Leagues page has opened, type the name of the league team you wish to create. Click on the 'Invite' link next to the player you wish to invite as a team member. This will automatically send that player an invitation to the team.

Your team has been created!

You are able to edit the league team in the Edit League Team window. Should you wish to change the name of the team - retype it, and click on the 'Change Name' link.

To add another team player, click on the 'Invite' link next to the player you wish to invite as a team member.

You may delete the team at any time by clicking on the 'Quit Team' or 'Delete Team' links in the Current Team Leaque or Edit League Team windows.

Click on the “Leagues” icon on the main site screen at the bottom of the Control Panel.

Once a detailed view of the Game Leagues page has opened, go to the Challenge Other League Teams window and select the game you wish to challenge a team with in the drop down box next to 'Challenge Game'. Select a team next to 'Challenge Team' - note that you may hold the Control key down and select multiple teams.

Add the pods you wish to challenge per player, and click on the 'Challenge' button, at the bottom of the window.

Type the game you are in search of in the search field at the top right of your screen. Click on the 'Search' button and you search results will be displayed.

You may also press 'Control' and the 'F' key on your keyboard for a search function to appear at the bottom of your screen for the finding of words on your current screen.

There is also a 'Recent Searches' search cloud on the bottom left of your screen, reflecting your most recent searches. The text of the games you have searched for the most is displayed larger than the other games text.

The "Leagues" icon on the main site screen at the bottom of the control panel has two numbers on top of each other.

The top number indicates the pending team invitations, and the bottom number indicates how many pending challenges there are awaiting your team.

To add Twitter to your profile, click on the 'My Profile' link in the Control Panel.

Once your profile has opened, click on the 'Sign in with Twitter' button.

You will be navigated to the Twitter website, where you must click on the 'Allow' button.

This will navigate you back to SkillPod's website, where you are immediately able to update your status in the space provided in your profile. Once you have typed in your status, click on the 'Update' button to update your status immediately!

Note that you have to already own an account with Twitter in order to update your Twitter status on SkillPod's website.

Go to the 'Game Categories' content box on the left hand side of the Home page, and click on the category of your choice under 'PC Games' at the bottom of the content box.

Once the page has loaded, you are able to click on any downloadable PC game in order to be directed to more information on the game.

Click on either 'Download Now' or Buy Now' if you are interested.

As easy as that!
